Senior appraiser involved in the appraisal of a wide variety of property types for lending institutions, attorneys, governmental agencies, individuals, and developers. Properties appraised included but are not limited to: industrial (vacant, proposed, and improved), retail centers, office (vacant, proposed, and improved), apartments, condominium projects, sausage factory, special purpose properties, billboard sites, cell towers, vacant waterfront tracts, residential subdivision site, agricultural land, powerline easements, perpetual flowage easements.

Project manager in charge of the appraisal of properties involved in litigation. Clients included attorney, individual land owners, and governmental agencies. Most properties were complex and the appraiser typically worked with a team of experts including an attorney, land planner, traffic engineer, and civil engineer. Projects with multiple parcels included: Orange-Osceola County Western Beltway, Southern Connector, Osceola Parkway, Polk Parkway, Kissimmee River Restoration Project. Also prepared appraisals of the real estate as part of the power distribution system owned by Florida Progress (Carolina Power and Light) in the City of Casselberry, City of Winter Park, Town of Bellaire, City of Apopka. Studies conducted include the impact of power lines on residential properties, valuation of mitigation banks, valuation of water reservoirs, assemblage factors, and affect of gas lines on property values. Types of properties appraised include but are not limited to: agricultural land, large mixed use sites, powerline easements, gas line easement, industrial (vacant and improved), office (vacant and improved), billboard sites, a water source, special purpose properties, auto auction, lumber yard, mitigation bank site, lakefront development site, landfill.
Governmental and public agency clients included: South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, Volusia County, Florida Progress (Carolina Power and Light).
